Glott and Terry sit under the Oak Tree.
GLOTT
Man, I’m so tired of how the media portrays goblins.
TERRY
What do you mean?
PANEL TWO
Close on Glott.
GLOTT
I was subjected to a goblin romance film the other day.
The main characters had a rocky relationship due to minor misunderstandings.
But then they communicated and got back together at the end!
PANEL THREE
Close on Terry.
TERRY
Glott…We saw that movie together. It was very sweet.
PANEL FOUR
Back to Glott.
GLOTT
Exactly, Terry, that’s the problem. The film had no raiding, looting, or dismemberment. They didn’t even brandish crude insults at one another!
It showed ignorance and a complete lack of respect for goblin culture.
PANEL FIVE
Glott stands, disgruntled, in Terry’s direction. The Oak Tree seems pleased with Terry.
TERRY
When they got back together at the end, I looked over at you, and you werer blubbering like a baby.
GLOTT
No I wasn’t!
I got popcorn in my eye. An entire kernel!
